Tsukiji central wholesale market was established at early 17 century.
Today, we had a tour to see the Tuna auction at Tsukiji central market.
We arrived at Tsukiji fish market at 4:45, The Tuna auction is held at end of market place.
The buyer is checking quality of tuna fish,
How does they classify tuna fish ?
The most inportant things are balance of grease and color.
The tuna auction is started from 5:30.
Once sold, the fish are marked with name of buyer.
The buyer go back to thier stalls within the market to divide up the carcass into filets to sell
to Sushi markets.
The price of Tuna fish
Good one is about 700,000 yen, cheap ones are 50,000 yen.
Do not go on Sunday and some wednesday when the market is closes.
There are many Sushi resaurants near the Market, do not miss it before you leave.

21/01: Revolving Sushi bars
Today, Our clients had interest in Revolving Sushi bar.
After the Tokyo tour, I took a clients to Revolving Sushi bar.
My favorit Sushi bar is Kura Sushi that is located outside of Tokyo. there are many revolving sushi bar in center of Tokyo.
but little bit expensive compare to Kura sushi, Kura sushi offer Suhsi 100 yen each plate,
I mean there is no sushi plate over 100 yens.Every plates are 100 yen.
We can eat what we want with this price.
Tea bag or powdered green tea.
Murasaki- The meaning of Murasaki is purple. Soy sauce is called Murasaki, as its deep purple n color.
Shari- Vinegrared rice ball, the bottom part of Sushi.

It was established in 1993 to preserve the cultural assets and historical evidence of Edo and Tokyo,
to look and study the history of the capital.
The Samurai loards Residence.
Loard Matsudaira had this huge residence built in front of Edo castle.The buildings are of Momoyama style.
The Daiyos palanquin. Samurai loard travel from his domain to Edo inthe mist of long procession.
Samurai armor, they werecompletely clad in armor.
The peaceful Edo period saw some Samurai turning into business men.
Edo money, there are 3 different type of money which are made by gold, silver and coper.
There are two business policy - cash sales only and no bargaining.
The Kabuki theater, the Yoshiwara pleasure and Sumo wrestling were the main attractions in the Edo period.

Toyota show room in Odaiba.
I had a guest from Austlalia.
They would like to visit a Toyota show room in Odaiba.
We crossed the rainbow bridge, and we visited Toyota show room.
Those are Lexus cars, Lexus is new brand of Toyota.
Toyota is challenging Formula car race, they could not win at race through the year, but We all a good result.
There is place for kids - a penny arcade-
driving game is very fun not only for kids, but for adults.

The Sumo westlers belong to a Sumo-beya and they practice under Sumo master.
Sumo-beya form a solid vertical relationship between master and disciple.
Lowest on the ranking list are assigned to serve higher up.
In a Sumo match, two restlers wearing only a Sumo restler lincloth enter the ring, and they fight until one either leaves the ring or touchs the groung with any part of his body other than the bottom of his feet.
The Japan Sumo association puts on six professional Sumo tournamnts per year, and these are broadcast on television and radio.
In addition, the accomplishments of foreign wrestlers recently have attracted attention.

Mt Fuji panoramic tour in winter.
There are many good spot to take a picture of Mt Fuji.
We can not take a picture of Mt Fuji from 5th station of Mt Fuji.
You can see summit of Mt Fuji from 5th station. - 2,350 m above the sea level.
But best spots to take a picture of Mt Fuji are located in all parts of 5 lakes such as Lake Kawaguchi, Sai, Yamanaka, Motosu and Shoji.

From 1 station of Mt Fuji- 1300m above the sea level.
It was a cold day, it was snowing at last night, we could not drive up to 5th stations.
we could only reach to 1 station.but it was beautiful view.
There are many caves on foot of Mt Fuji that was created by Mt Fujis eruptions.
We visited one of the caves that are called Hyoketsu.
There is a block of ice at end of cave.
The people have provided Shogun with block of ice at Edo era.-1603- 1868.
There are many ice remain in the cave even in Summer time.
