Takayama Tour
Takayama has been called a little Kyoto.
Its temple, shrine, bridge and river are reminiscent of Kyoto on a small scale.
Takayama is a leisurely place and even the center of town has a quiet, rustic charm.
The region is an agricultural one, and every day fresh vegetable and fruit are brought by local farmers to Morning Market.
San-Machi Suji
This is the center of the old town of Takayama and is still a living part of the city, despite its old buildings and quiet atmosphere.
The street is very narrow, and lined with store selling traditional wave, craftsmen workshop, inn and Sake brewery.
We stayed Good Japanese Inn and are called Hanaougi.
There is hot spring and they served good traditional Japanese food.
Especially, Takayama region is produced good quality beef.

25/04: Tea ceremony tour
Tea ceremony
Our Tokyo wonder tour is included tea ceremony, sumo stable and Kabuki.
I had a chance to visit tea room with my clients.
My clients had several question.
Q Is the tea used in this type of ceremony the ordinary green tea?
A No, we use Matcha, a superior grade of green tea grounded into a powder.
Boiling water is added to the powdered green tea, that is then whipped into foam with a special bamboo whisk and served to the guest.
Guest not only partake of tea and sweets but also admire the utensils used in ceremony, the flower arrangement and the hanging scroll and show their appreciation for all the trouble the host has gone to.
Q Do the Japanese people often hold a tea ceremony?
A There are not many occasions and not many men have ever even attuned one.
At the same time, there are many women who are interested in tea ceremony and attended a course.
A teahouse was constricted for only for tea ceremony, the people do not have teahouse on their own house.

I had a chace to go to ski resort with my clients at end of March.
We went to Yuzawa ski resort where is famose for Hot spring - Onsen -.
it was snowing when we were in Yuzawa.but we have had a little snow in this year.
beautiful snow scene.
but kids were playing with snow.
they built a snowman and have a snowball fight.
If you would like to go to ski resort, you should bring Ski hat, jacket, glove......
Of couse, if you would like to rent a ski equipment such as ski jacket, ski and ski boot, it is possible.
